Frances “Frankie” M. McBroom

Frances “Frankie” M. McBroom, 83, of Richland, died Sept. 3 in Kennewick.

She was born in Yakima and lived in Richland for 21 years.

She was a retired case manager for the state Department of Social and Health Services.

Prosser Funeral Home and Crematory, Prosser, is in charge of arrangements.
