Sidney W. Garner

Sidney Wallace Garner, 64, of Kennewick, died Sept. 3 in Kennewick.

He was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1963.

He was a retired truck driver.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
