Eleanor J. Ruscelli

Eleanor Jean Ruscelli, 88, of Kennewick, died Aug. 30 at The Squires Residence Adult Family Home in Kennewick.

She was born in Brawley, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for three years.

She was a retired home health caregiver.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
