Velda J. Notman

Velda Jean Notman, 79, of Mukilteo, died Aug. 28 in Lynnwood.

She was born in Portland, Ore., and was a former longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

She was a homemaker.

Smith Funeral Home, Grandview, is in charge of arrangements.
