Steven R. Gibbs

Steven Ray Gibbs, 64, of Benton City, died Aug. 16 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Enterprise, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 2010.

He was a retired steel fabricator for the Target Corporation.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
