Joel F. Williams

Joel Frederick Williams, 89, of Kennewick, died Aug. 19 in Kennewick.

He was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1967.

He was a retired manager at Hanford.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
