Luis Villanueva

Luis Villanueva, 91, of Prosser, died Aug. 11 in Richland.

He was born in Mexico, and was a longtime Valley resident.

He was a retired agriculture manager.

Smith Funeral Home, Grandview, is in charge of arrangements.
