Lucio “Tony” Salinas

Lucio “Tony” Salinas, 51, of Seattle, died Aug. 9 in Seattle.

He was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a heavy equipment operator.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
