Betty Layfield

Betty Layfield, 98, of Yakima, died Aug. 9 in Yakima.

She was born in Havre, Mont., and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

She was a retired school office manager.

Keith and Keith Funeral Home, Yakima, is in charge of arrangements.
