Elizabeth “Libby” P. Sypolt

Elizabeth “Libby” P. Sypolt, of Richland, died Aug. 9 at Guardian Angel Homes in Richland.

She was born in Terra Alta, W.Va., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1963.

She was a homemaker.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
