Shanna L. Mills

Shanna Lynn Mills, 53, died Aug. 1 at home in Richland.

She was born in Burley, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area since 2002.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
