Richard Todd Gillard, 52, of Pasco, died July 26 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong resident.

He worked for Red Lion.

Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
