Samuel R. Taylor

Samuel Richard Taylor, 83, of Roy, Utah, died July 28 in Roy.

He was born in Ogden, Utah, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years before returning to Utah in 2016.

He was a retired dairy farmer.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is handling arrangements.
