Blanca E. Garcia

Blanca E. Garcia, 48, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Seattle.

She was born in Zaucito, Michoacán, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 29 years.

She worked in quality control at Peninsula Packaging.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is handling arrangements.
