Odes Max Sloan, 98, of Richland, died in Richland July 27.

He was born in Dayton and lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years.

He was a civil engineer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
