Michael J. Ruiz

Michael J. Ruiz, 64, of Kennewick, died July 26 in Richland.

He was born in Los Angeles and lived in the Tri-City area since 1980.

He was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
