James R. Duncan

James Reed Duncan, 82, of Kennewick, died July 25 in Kennewick.

He was born in Clearfield, Utah, and lived in the Tri-City area for 32 years.

He was a retired meat cutter for Safeway.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
