Richard L. Smyser Sr.

Richard Leon Smyser Sr., 92, of Kennewick, died July 22 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Warren, Ind., and lived in the Tri-City area for 41 years.

He was a retired plumber.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
