Richard Allen Arnst

Richard Allen Arnst, 83, of Kennewick, died July 21 in Kennewick.

He was born in Billings, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1951.

He was a retired air balance technician at Hanford.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick is in charge of arrangements.
