Arlene Haynes

Arlene Haynes, 81, of Kennewick, died July 20 in Richland.

She was born in Lovell, Wyo., and had lived in the Tri-City area for 70 years.

She was a retired homemaker.

Einan’s at Sunset in Richland is in charge of arrangements.
