Rosella Kelley

Rosella Kelley, 96, of Roosevelt, died July 17 in Richland.

She was born in Mansfield and was a longtime Roosevelt resident.

She was a retired owner of a ranch and restaurant.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
