Bobby W. Bartley

Bobby W. Bartley, 67, of Grandview, died July 13 in Richland.

He was born in Mesa, Ariz., and was a longtime Lower Valley resident.

He was a retired blueprint drafter.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
