Ethel Neilson-Piercy

Ethel Neilson-Piercy, 99, of Kennewick, died July 5 in Richland.

She was born in Driggs, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 17 years.

She was a retired teacher.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
