Phyllis M. Cook

Phyllis M. Cook, 96, of Kennewick, died July 5 at Rose Cottage Adult Family House in Kennewick.

She was born in Ottawa County, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area for 16 years.

She was a retired secretary.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
