Phyllis J. Moore, 88, died July 4 at home in Pasco.

She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and lived in Pasco for eight years.

She was a retired licensed practical nurse.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
