Kenneth F. Carter Sr.

Kenneth F. Carter Sr., 75, of Kennewick, died June 17 in Kennewick.

He was born in Irvine, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 52 years.

He was a retired construction worker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
