James “Jim” Summers

James “Jim” Arlen Summers, 83, of Pasco, died June 12 in Kennewick.

He was born in Nampa, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1956.

He was a retired water master.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
