JoAnn DeBoer

JoAnn DeBoer, 85, of Kennewick, died June 1 in Kennewick.

She was born in Spokane and was a lifelong Spokane resident before moving to the Tri-City area five years ago.

She was a retired legal secretary.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
