David C. Ramsey

David C. Ramsey, 72, of Kennewick, died May 30 in Kennewick.

He was born in Alameda, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for eight years.

He was a retired railroad manager.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
