Joann Welch

Joann Welch, 66, of Finely, died May 16 in Idaho.

She was born Pasco and was a lifelong Finley resident.

She was a retired school bus driver for the Kennewick School District.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
