Virginia B. Oakley

Virginia Bernice Oakley, 97, of Pasco, died May 16 at Royal Columbian Retirement Inn in Kennewick.

She was born in Rice and lived in the Tri-City area for 88 years.

She was a homemaker.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
