Richard A. Shobe

Richard A. Shobe, 89, of Richland, died May 10 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Colfax and lived in the Tri-City area since 1994.

He was a retired construction foreman.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
