Milford S. Terrass

Milford S. Terrass, 91, of Richland, died May 9 at Riverton Assisted Living Center in Richland.

He was born in Los Angeles and lived in the Tri-Cities for 39 years.

He was a retired Navy submarine commander and engineer.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
