Kenneth W. Speaks

Kenneth Wayne Speaks, 78, Salem, Ore., died on May 3 at Brookdale Salem.

He was born in Antlers, Okla., and was a longtime Grandview resident.

He retired from Grandview’s Safeway plant.

Prosser Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
