Carl W. Austin

Carl Wayne Austin, 76, of Richland, died April 21 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Flora, Ill., and lived in Walla Walla before moving to Richland six months ago.

He was retired lineman for the Union Pacific Railroad.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
