Eloise D. Singleton

Eloise Delavene Singleton, 97, of Pasco, died April 12 in Richland.

She was born in Carthage, Ark., and lived in the Tri-City area for 69 years.

She was a retired chef at Meadow Springs Country Club in Richland.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
