James W. Sloot

James Wilford Sloot, 80, of Richland, died April 11 in Mesa, Ariz.

He was born in Yakima and lived in Richland for 22 years.

He was a retired engineering specialist.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
