Penny R. Fine

Penny Rae Fine, 75, of Kennewick, died April 11 at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.

She was born in Spokane and lived in the Tri-City area since 1976.

She was a retired departmental manager for Hertz Car Rental and Sales.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
