Judith L. Rizzuti-Hare

Judith L. Rizzuti-Hare, 76, of Kennewick, died March 27 in Kennewick.

She was born in Montebello, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1968.

She was a retired librarian for Mid-Columbia Library.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
