Troy L. Duncan

Troy Lee Duncan, 53, of West Richland, died March 30 in West Richland.

He was born in Baker, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 45 years.

He was an electrician.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
