Kenneth J. Foster

Kenneth John Foster, 71, of Kennewick, died March 29 at Royal Columbian Senior Living Community.

He was born in Richland, and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired pulp mill operator for Boise Cascade/Lumber.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
