David J. Oakley

David J. Oakley, 96, of Richland, died March 19 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Dalmellington, Scotland, and lived in Richland since 1968.

He was a retired mechanical engineer at Westinghouse Hanford.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
