Sandra C. Springer

Sandra Carol Springer, 77, of Kennewick, died March 17 at Tranquility Manor in Kennewick.

She was born in Medford, Ore., and lived in Kennewick for 45 years.

She was a retired bookkeeper.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
