Kenneth S. Hoover

Kenneth Steven Hoover, 71, of Grandview, died March 8 in Grandview.

He was born in Bremerton and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired contractor.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
