Ruby J. Lucas

Ruby Joyce Lucas, 81, of Spokane, died March 5 in Spokane.

She was born in Salem, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for five years before moving to Spokane.

She was a homemaker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
