Helen O. Richter

Helen Othelle Richter, 87, of Kennewick, died Feb. 26 in Walla Walla.

She was born in Payette, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1952.

She was a retired insurance agent.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
