Frank A. Spaulding

Frank Arthur Spaulding, 91, of Kennewick, died Feb. 28 in Pasco.

He was born in Havre, Mont., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1953.

He was a truck driver in the Teamsters union.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
