Chester T. Delvalle

Chester Tupper Delvalle, 90, died Feb. 27 at home in Richland.

He was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and lived in Richland since 2003.

He was a retired production engineer for Cleveland Twist Drill.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
