Roger “Wes” W. Baker

Roger “Wes” W. Baker, 52, of Athena, Ore., died Feb. 16 in Athena.

He was born in El Paso, Texas, and lived many years in Kennewick and Seattle before moving to Athena.

He was a cable TV installer.
