Phyllis A. Crawford

Phyllis Ann Crawford, 83, of Richland, died Feb. 20 in Richland.

She was born in Spokane, and lived in the Tri-City area for 61 years.

She was a retired reference librarian for the Richland Public Library.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
